Grayson Wray Project is just finishing the new album to be released in August 2008.
Also we are working on music videos and will have 3 new videos by 3 directors all to be finished in the next couple of months.
There will be a big cd release party at the beggining of August.

Grayson Wray has had another song placed, this time in the popular TV show, Rescue Me. It was aired September 5, 2007. The song was " Follow Your Heart" which was released in 2003 on the "Road To Paradise" album.

On the show it's listed as"Open Up", for publishing purposes

Grayson Wray will have a song in an upcoming indie film "Finding Amanda". It stars
Matthew Brodderick and Britney Snow.

Grayson Wray Project is proud to announce, Radio Nowhere form the U.K. has made GWP Artist of the week, March 19, 2007. The song "Anytime It Gets Too Slow" from the new album "Imaginary Episodes" was presented in a special show, along with a 60 second intro by the band on March 19.

Also! Grayson Wray Project #1 on the ISON Network, Australia. On March 16, 2007 "Up The California Coast" was #1 on the World Indie Top 40 Countdown.

We are doing music videos, six songs,
It's coming out great.
Greg Alsbury, an experienced film maker is doing it.
We should have them done by January 2007.
We also should be releasing the new album in January 2007!

On September 21, 2006 Grayson Wray was voted #1 by the listeners of Wizard Radio. This is a high profile internet station. The song "And The Angels Sing Along", from the "Alternet Heavens" album was choosen out of 9000 tracks.

Hello Everyone,
We are working hard on the new album which is set for a Febuary release.
Monica is doing a lot of singing and flute playing. She is coming in 3 days a week.
Pam, Joanna and Patrick are all recording as well. Patrick is doing some excellent drums as well as percussion and vibraphone. The vibraphone is a pleasent surprise. It sounds wonderfull and has a very dreamy sound which fits a lot of the new songs.
Joanna and Pam are doing some excellent vocal and flute parts also.
The new album has some dance, rhythmic songs which is different from the previous albums. I've been listening to a lot of 70's funk lately so that may be why.

Hello everybody,

The new album is finished and will be released next week. It's called Medieval Skyscraper. It's a bit more raw with more natural instruments.

In addition to this newest release, I have three new band members. Pamela Mangen, an excellent singer and flute player who is from North Carolina. Monica Kanios, an excellent singer and musician who contributed quite a lot to the new album. She is from Poland and has been in bands since she was 16. Joanna Sisk- Purvis who sings, plays a variety of flutes and keyboard. She is another excellent musician who also directs muisc for plays and is a conductor.

We are currently working on booking colleges and festivals. Hope to see everyone there!
